i wenta youtube to learn how to clean softshelled crabs. looks easy but it's pretty gross. especially when you have to cut their eyes off and pull off the gills x.x

i think they look quite appetising here HAHA. looks can be deceiving.. tasted disgusting i dont know why.. T_T i followed the recipe online!! maybe cus i used butter instead of oil :( my sis said she didnt dare to eat ._.
